- 500ml hazelnut milk [29kcal per 100ml]

- 30g roasted hazelnuts

- 2tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

- 1/4tsp coffee granules

- 1tsp vanilla extract

- 80g spinach

- 2 ripe bananas (~240g peeled)
