Cream of Cauliflower Soup

FOR 4 SERVINGS




INGREDIENTS:

2 big heads of cauliflower, chopped into florets

1/4tsp garlic granules

1/4tsp ground ginger

1½L vegetable stock



Add all ingredients into soup pot. Cook (steam) for 20 minutes. Puree the soup.

Serve hot!
