Spinach Tortellini Salad

INGREDIENTS:

- 400g spinach & ricotta tortellini, cooked and drained

- 95g pesto

- 335g cherry tomatoes, halved

- 160 pitted black olives, halved

- 185g garden peas

- 160g spinach


Just toss everything well in a big bowl and chill for hours before serving!
