Salmon Salad Sandwich

INGREDIENTS:


- 2 stalks of celery, finely diced

- 1 brown onion, finely diced

- 200-250g canned wild salmon, drained

- 3tbsp fat-free plain greek yoghurt

- ground black pepper

- a couple handfuls of watercress

- wholemeal sandwich bread


In a mixing bowl combine celery, onion, salmon, yoghurt, and black pepper.

Place a layer of watercress on the bottom half of sandwich bread and top with a scoop of salmon salad. 


Delicious and great for picnic!!
